Mr. Huckin has spent the last 8.5 years with NeoVerde, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on the environmental sector. His primary role was analyzing and executing buyout transactions in a varied investment capacity including, resource rich land, environmentally sustainable real estate, debt portfolios, and environmental operating businesses. As a managing partner, Mr. Huckin oversaw a $76 million land portfolio including timber, mining and mitigation bank assets. Mr. Huckin actively participates and volunteers time for the Children’s Cancer Fund, the North Texas Food Bank. He currently sits on the boards of the Alcuin School in Dallas, and the Highland Park United Methodist Church (D6 council) as acting treasurer. Mr. Huckin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000, and his Masters of Business Administration from the Cox School at Southern Methodist University in 2006. Mr. Huckin resides in Dallas and is married with a son and a daughter.
